Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, over the last few months we have been experiencing a high volume of cancelled or missed appointments. The time we set aside for patients who do not keep their appointments is time that other patients could have been evaluated or treated. A failed appointment is time our staff is idle, rather than attending to other patients who are in need of treatment. Because of this, we do not take failed appointments or appointments cancelled on short notice lightly.
Therefore we have implemented a new cancellation policy that will go into effect immediately. If you cancel or do not show up for two appointments without a 24-hour notice we will be unable to reschedule any future appointments.
