If your insurance company is listed above, all copays and deductibles are due on day of treatment.
If your insurance company is not listed above, we will be happy to submit claims to your insurance company, but payment in full is required at the time of each visit. (The below cash discount will also apply). Claims will be filed electronically, and the insurance check will be sent directly to you. Claims are filed at the end of each business day and most insurance companies will address your claim within 7-14 business days. You should receive a check within3-4 weeks. If you experience any problems, or are having difficulties in receiving what you are owed, please let us know and we will do what we can to resolve the matter. |
